- Q: What is my source language and what is my target language?
A: Click here: Source Language or here: Target Language
- Q: Do I have to pay for my webmail after 90 days and what is the deal with the 90 day free language toolbar?
A: Webmail and wiki are free. The language toolbar is free for 90 days. At this point in time Chinglish.com does not have the information needed to know how to proceed after 90 days. A tentative pricing schedule for email message translations can be found here
- Q: How can I change my source and target language setting?
A: To change your language settings permanently, go to OPTIONS at the top of the page and follow the instructions. For a temporary language switch, look here.
- Q: Where can I find the language toolbar and how does it work?
A: Click here
- Q: Language tools seem not to work well in Safari
A: For now, the language tools are only tested in Internet Explorer 6 / Windows and Firefox.
- Q: I have not been able to include message translations in the messages I send out. Does the recipient need to be a Chinglish user as well?
A: If the recipient wants to see a translation in the chinglish format, i.e. Chinese and English side-by-side, yes. Alternatively, tick the include translation in message box and the recipient without Chinglish email address will receive the translation beneath the original message.
