Q: How do I register?
A: On the English homepage, there is a big yellow button which says Register Free. Click on this button, answer the short questions on the registration form, and the registration procedure is completed.
On the Chinese homepages, the button is red and says 免费注册。
If an error occurs on the registration form, the field where the error occurred becomes red. Solve the problem and try again.
Possible problems:
username
If this field is red it can have one of two reasons:
- |the username already exists. 这个邮件地址已有人使用|這個郵件位址已有人使用|
You can think of another name or think of a variation to your name, e.g. John1 instead of John. - you filled out an email address instead of just a username, e.g. John@chinglish.com instead of John.
alternative username:
Fill out the name you wish to register without adding @chinglish.com
location
Q: I cannot find my location in the alphabetical order
A: The list begins with Most chosen. Your location may be listed there instead of further down the list.
