depends on the 上下文 but I would venture:
Archivists Only

机要重地:
literally: confidential area
more common in English: restricted area

不是比较funny. 两个 videos 很很 funny! 我问过听不懂的Chinese friends and they say that

Sunday is the day to play catch up, so I am doing things to get ready 
for next week. These things cleaning house, grocery shopping, and 
washing clothes. I really need a maid. Hopefully I can get dedicate some 
time to Chinese today as well.

just went the the gym and now i am starving. i am looking for
something healthy to eat so i don't blow all my hard work. i am really
wanting stroop wafels. i don't think a stroop wafel qualifies as a
health food. anyway, i don't have any so i am safe.
